Registration Dates:
Saturday Registration:
June 5th 10am-1pm
June 26th 10am-1pm
July 10th 10am-1pm
Weeknight Registrations:
Wed. June 16th 6:30-8:00 PM
Wed. July 7th 6:30-8:00 PM
All Registration are held at the T-Bird Field House, located at:
Davis Field

Pinellas Park, FL 33781
Registration Fees:
Ages 7-14 $65.00 Ages 4-6 $50.00
Registration includes Certification Fees, rental of equipment & uniforms.
Packages will have to be purchased.
Must have the following items in order to register:
- Copy of Birth Certificate/Guardian papers if applicable
- Registration Fees
- Parent or Legal Guardian must be present with photo ID
- 2 passport size, color photos of your child. Childs face must
be clear & photo must be current.
- All football & cheerleading equipment MUST be returned
prior to registration.
NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ALL THESE
REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF SIGN-UPS!
